Amanda Auer
Sales Specialist – All Lines
Amanda started with American Family in 2015 and joined our team in September 2021. She was born and raised in the Brainerd Lakes Area. Amanda is engaged to the love of her life Chad. They own a home in Ironton. Amanda stays busy with her daughter, Maddie and all of her school/sport activities. She also has two adult boys, Michael and Matthew. In her free time, Amanda loves being with family and friends, camping, fishing, biking and spending as much time as possible at the lake.
Ashley Rudrud
Sales Specialists – Personal Lines
Ashley joined our team in January 2020. She loves helping people and learning new things every day. Outside of work, Ashley enjoys spending time with her daughter. Going for boat rides and enjoying the outdoors.
Gavin Nusbaum
Sales Specialists – Personal Lines
Gavin joined our team in January 2023. He was born and raised in the Brainerd Lakes Area. In his free time Gavin enjoys hanging out with his friends, going out fishing, cooking, and woodworking. Gavin and his fiance Shelby are accompanied by their 2 cats Bear and Beef and their dog Bean. They love the outdoors and taking care of their flock of chickens. Living off North Long Lake allows them to spend more time with friends and family on the boat or around a bonfire.
Lacey Twardy
Sales Specialists – Personal Lines
Lacey joined our team in January 2020. She was born and raised in the Brainerd Lakes Area. Lacey's enjoys spending time with her four kids Laura, Taylor, Kaileb, and Kaylee. They keep her very busy being a Hockey, Dance, Softball, and Baseball Mom. In Lacey's free time, she enjoys spending time with her kids, boyfriend and his daughter, family and friends, exploring state parks, going new places, and trying new things.
Pamela Marks
Sales Specialist – All Lines
Pam has been in the Insurance business for 40 years. 23 years with American Family Insurance. She specializes in Auto, Home, Business, Life, snowmobiles, brokerage, and misc. vehicles. Outside of work Pam enjoys time with her husband of 37 years. They like to spend time on the lake, hanging out on the dock or in the water. Pam enjoys planting flowers and watching the beauty of them as they grow. During the winter months for 3 weeks you can find them enjoying the sun and beaches in Mexico!
Richard Schroer
Sales Specialists – Personal Lines
Richard joined our team in January 2023. He is originally from the Perham area. For the last 28 years Richard was in the car business in the Brainerd Lakes Area. Richards favorite hobbies are reading, listening to and collecting music, and anything to do with cars! When he isn't at work Richard is enjoying time with his wife and daughters either catching up or watching movies.
