Office Manager
Annette has been a team member of our agency since June of 2019. She is on her last year to complete her bachelors degree in finance from Northern Illinois University. She continues to demonstrate positive client interactions and ensures that every client is taken care of to the best of her abilities. She is constantly expanding her knowledge to help serve our clients more efficiently.

Cheryl has been a blessing to our agency. She brings 17 years of insurance experience within American Family Insurance to our office. Her knowledge and expertise are unlike no other. She is constantly looking out for our clients best interest and staying proactive with every policy. Her tenure with Amfam has helped her develop systems and processes to help our agency run more efficiently.
Isabel Castillo-Yandall

Isabel has been a Customer Loyalty Specialist with Team Pequeno since 2022. She recently graduated with her Master’s in Communications from UW-Whitewater. She is licensed in Property and Casualty insurance and is dedicated to providing the best service to our customers. Isabel provides comprehensive insurance reviews for our customers, so they have the best insurance package for their life needs.
