Pat has always worked in a customer service driven position. In high school he worked as a caddy, paper boy, and even a dishwasher at his fathers restaurant. In college he was a runner for the Chicago Board of Trade and would park cars for a local restaurant on the weekend. Upon graduating college he worked for Motorola for a brief time before starting his long journey with American Family Insurance.
